After 5 years of growth, learning, and building alongside our amazing clients, we’re thrilled to announce that we are officially joining Bilendi & Respondi, one of Europe’s leaders in technologies, data and AI solutions for the market research industry. This partnership is an exciting opportunity to accelerate our vision and expand what we offer to both current and future customers.

By teaming up with Bilendi & respondi, we’ll be able to combine their extensive suite of technologies and services with our expertise to create a unified offering that’s more powerful than ever. For our clients, this means giving them even more opportunities to innovate, grow, and scale thanks to Bilendi & respondi’s comprehensive toolkit :

A new milestone on an amazing journey
Reflecting on our adventure so far, it’s hard to believe it’s been 5 years!
- 2019: 🧠 Our team of 3 founders (Marine, Nicolas and France) gets together for the first time. After months of discussions, brainstorming and research of our own, it’s decided: we will create a start-up dedicated to user research, because we truly believe that businesses need to build great products that users will love in order to succeed. We initially wish to build a CRM to help clients meet their own users.
- 2020: 🏗️ We launch our product in Beta June, and get our first clients - but they’re not trying to contact their existing users. Instead, they are looking for a solution to recruit outside of the people they already know. So we decide to pivot and, in November, we launch our participants recruitment platform.
- 2021: 🤩 Two great milestones: we are named Future 40 by the prestigious Station F - the world’s largest start-up campus founded by Xavier Niel in Paris - as one of their 40 most promising start-ups of the year, and receive the WILCO grant to help us finance our project.
- 2022: 🫶 A round of love-money helps us accelerate even further. We recruit our first full-time team members.
- 2023: 🚀 We launch our Unmoderated recruitment offer, Pro Plan subscription offer, ship some key improvements on calendars, screener, and grow to over 150 active clients on the platform!
- 2024: 🤝 We meet Bilendi & respondi and see how complementary we are and all the potential that a partnership together could create. That’s exactly the push we need to bring us even closer to our vision!
